We ship within Canada only. All orders are dispatched from our Canadian fulfillment facility — no international shipping, no customs delays.
Orders placed before 2pm EST on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package leaves our facility.
All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no external indication of contents. The sender name is listed as "K.R. Labs" for privacy.
Lyophilized peptides are stable at room temperature for transit, but heat-sensitive compounds ship in insulated packaging with cold packs at no extra charge.
If your order arrives damaged or fails to arrive within the estimated window, contact our support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll resolve it promptly — replacement or refund, your choice.
